What is GeCoPred?

GeCoPred is a web application that predicts the 4CMenB vaccine strain coverage of a Neisseria meningitidis B bacterial genome. Given one or more genomes in FASTA format, it returns the probability that the vaccine covers that genome.

The prediction is produced by a machine-learning model that runs in the background: you upload your genomes, and the system returns a coverage probability for each one (for example 0.9635 = 96.35% probability of being covered).
